Kirstin Gamble Bridier works in fundraising at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Formerly Director of Exhibit Development at Krent/Paffett/Carney, Inc., Kirstin researched and developed exhibitions for the Louisiana State Museum, The State Museum of Pennsylvania, Old Sturbridge Village, and the New Jersey Historical Society. Before joining KPC, Kirstin was Curator of Education at the Nantucket Historical Association, where she served on the exhibit development team for the recently expanded Whaling Museum. She also developed an alternate use for a historic house museum, which today houses space for hands-on instruction in traditional decorative arts. Previously, Kirstin worked at Philadelphia’s Elfreth’s Alley Association, the Historic House Trust of New York City, and Historic New England. Kirstin holds an M.Sc. in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Smith College.
